Former Iowa Hawkeye Linebacker, Jeff Tarpinian returns to LWFA for his 2nd summer. His tireless work ethic and story of perseverance provide a shining example for young athletes. During the 2011 season, Jeff competed for the New England Patriots after signing a contract as a free agent. He was also a four-year Letterman for the Hawkeyes, twice earning Iowa’s Coaches Appreciation Award for his great leadership. During his time at Iowa Tarpinian was a four-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree, Academic All-American as a senior and recipient of Iowa’s highest academic honor—the Forest Evashevski Scholastic Achievement Award.
